At the “Manke & Coldewey” workshop in Überseestadt, they bake premium Elise gingerbread the way it should be done: in small batches, with at least 35% almonds and nuts, and—following their own family recipe—they roast almonds with a touch of sugar to create the finest GoldCorn caramel popcorn. Everything is made by hand and freshly packaged. That’s how you can taste the care in every bite.
