• Specials This Oolong is made from the cultivar 'Ruanzhi Oolong No. 17' and is characterised by its soft texture and multi-faceted aroma. The tea is hand-picked and then partially oxidised in 8 steps before it is finally brought into its final form. Production takes over 2 days and requires a great deal of experience. The floral, fresh grassy flavour and silky-smooth texture make Soft Stem a very lasting experience from the beautiful mountain worlds of Doi Maesalong
